Scott is the founder and director of BDO Industrial & Organisational Psychology, which is part of the larger BDO Australia group.

Scott has over 25 years’ experience working with multinationals, governments as well as small family businesses across Australia, Asia, New Zealand and the USA. 

He has consulted to public, private and not for profit organisations across the Asia Pacific region focussing on enhancing the performance of individuals, teams and divisions.
