Annual Reports and Annual General Meetings

2025 Annual General Meeting

The AICD’s 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday 26 November 2025 at 5.30pm Sydney time (AEDT). The meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting at the GPT Space&Co Darling Park, Tower 1, Ground Level, 201 Sussex Street, Sydney NSW 2000 and online through a platform provided by MUFG Corporate Markets (MUFG) at https://meetings.openbriefing.com/AICD25.

Members will be able to attend, vote, ask questions and participate in the meeting in person or online. Members who wish to do so will also be able to attend the meeting or ask questions by telephone.

Proposed Constitution Amendments

The Notice of Meeting provides information regarding proposed Constitution amendments to permit the remuneration of AICD’s non-executive directors. Amending the AICD’s Constitution will require a special resolution of AICD members at the 2025 Annual General Meeting.

To attend the AGM:

• In person: at the GPT Space&Co Darling Park, Tower 1, Ground Level, 201 Sussex Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Registration will be open from 5pm Sydney time (AEDT) on Wednesday 26 November 2025.
• Online: registration for the meeting will be open from 5pm Sydney time (AEDT) on the day of the meeting, Wednesday 26 November 2025. To register:
  •  Go to https://meetings.openbriefing.com/AICD25.
  • Enter your AICD Member ID number and postcode.
• By Telephone: to participate in the AGM by telephone, members will need to pre-register for the meeting by contacting MUFG on +61 1800 990 363 by 5.00pm (AEDT) on Tuesday 25 November 2025. MUFG will provide details of the unique PIN to be used to attend the meeting.

Please submit questions:

• Prior to the meeting you can email your questions to AGM@aicd.com.au by 5.00pm Sydney time (AEDT):
  •  on Wednesday 19 November 2025 if the question is to the auditor,
  •  on Monday 24 November 2025 for all other questions.
• During the meeting you can submit questions online and by phone, as set out in the Virtual Meeting User Guide.
