The AICD’s 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday 26 November 2025 at 5.30pm Sydney time (AEDT). The meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting at the GPT Space&Co Darling Park, Tower 1, Ground Level, 201 Sussex Street, Sydney NSW 2000 and online through a platform provided by MUFG Corporate Markets (MUFG) at https://meetings.openbriefing.com/AICD25.
Members will be able to attend, vote, ask questions and participate in the meeting in person or online. Members who wish to do so will also be able to attend the meeting or ask questions by telephone.

Proposed Constitution Amendments
The Notice of Meeting provides information regarding proposed Constitution amendments to permit the remuneration of AICD’s non-executive directors. Amending the AICD’s Constitution will require a special resolution of AICD members at the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
