2025 Annual General Meeting

The AICD’s 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on Wednesday 26 November 2025 at 5.30pm Sydney time (AEDT).  The Notice of Meeting along with other relevant meeting documents, can be downloaded by clicking on the following links:

AICD Constitution Amendments: AICD Director Remuneration  

At AICD’s 2025 Annual General Meeting, members approved constitutional amendments to allow remuneration of AICD directors.

The amended Constitution is available here. This means that AICD directors will now be eligible for remuneration, within the member approved Remuneration Pool Amount and in accordance with the approved AICD Non-Executive Director Remuneration Policy which is available here.
