    Is technology changing healthcare?

Now more than ever, boards are being forced to make decisions about embracing new technologies and managing associated risks.

For hospital boards that look to embrace the opportunities that come with innovative information technology, they are faced with a unique set of strategic challenges with implications across patient care, health policy and funding.

Following a sold-out event earlier this year, we are pleased to announce a webinar session on this emerging issue. On Thursday, 25 August, David Lau MAICD, non-executive director of the Royal Children’s Hospital will host an exclusive webinar on Is technology changing healthcare and its institutions?

Lau will provide a detailed look at upcoming trends for the sector, how boards can maintain a practical awareness of new developments and ensure they have capacity for their organisation to act when needed.
