COVID-19 Innovation AGM

On 4 November 2020, the AICD wrote to the Hon Josh Frydenberg MP, Treasurer, outlining support for modernisation of Corporations Act requirements on member meetings.

The AICD acknowledged concerns raised by investor groups on transparency and participation, and encouraged consideration of targeted guidance for listed entities.
