Productivity Commission Issues Paper: Consumer Law Enforcement and Administration

The AICD has made a submission into the Productivity Commission’s enquiry into Consumer Law Enforcement and Administration.


In our submission, we have put forward the view that the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) is an appropriate foundation for a nationally-consistent regulatory regime for fundraising, and made recommendations on how ACL regulators can work together to establish a joint regulatory approach.
