New state manager of WA AICD appointed

Jody Nunn has been appointed as the new State Manager of the Western Australian division of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Ms Nunn has spent over twenty years working in strategic communications, marketing and stakeholder management in Australia and the UK.

Most recently, Jody was the Senior Manager, Corporate Communications, at Lotterywest and previously held senior roles at ScreenWest, Perth International Arts Festival and internationally at the Edinburgh Festival and Victoria and Albert Museum.

WA Division President of the AICD, Frank Cooper AO, said Ms Nunn would be a great asset to the organisation.

“Delivering the finest in governance education, professional development and advocacy will be a key focus for Jody and her team,” he said.

“I’m confident that Jody’s broad experience, both locally and abroad, will enable her to deliver the very best for our 4,300 Western Australian members and the wider community.” Ms Nunn said she was honoured to join the AICD and excited to lead the state division.

“We have incredible talent amongst our director and business community here in Western Australia, and I am committed to providing them the very best in director development, education, networking and advocacy,” she said.

“This is a critical time for business in Western Australia and I will be working hard on behalf of our membership to advocate for the best outcomes for our state.”
