2018 NFP Governance and Performance Study underway

The ‘Not-for-Profit Governance and Performance Study’ is the largest and most in-depth research of its kind, and we need to hear from directors to continue the study’s impact.

In this video, NFP sector leader Phil Butler GAICD discusses the importance of this landmark research and what we’re looking into this year. In 2018, the study will examine NFP boards’ approaches to pressing governance issues like:

• Cyber security;
• Culture; and
• Aged care

And for the first time, we will use profiling questions to explore leadership characteristics which lead to better board performance as part of a new psychometric dimension to the study.

This research will support improvements across the sector, so that NFPs can use the data we gather to optimise their performance.
