Andrea Slattery New SA Division President

AICD is pleased to announce that Andrea Slattery was appointed as the new Division President for South Australia, effective 9 October 2025.

About Andrea Slattery FAICD 

Andrea’s deep experience and commitment to governance excellence will be a tremendous asset in this role. She has an extensive and distinguished board history across corporate, government, and not-for-profit sectors. We look forward to Andrea’s leadership.

Andrea succeeded Tim Sarah, who provided thoughtful and dedicated leadership throughout his term. Tim Sarah will remain on the AICD Board as SA Division Director and on the SA Division Council.

As outlined in the Division Council Charter, the Division President plays an important role in our governance structure and is pivotal in ensuring the effective operation of the Division Council.
