Leadership skills and board dynamics will not be covered, but the boardroom behaviour chair series will provide you with further information in this area.   • In preparation for the first meeting;
    • Who to meet and when 
    • What lines of communication should be used and deciding on the most appropriate documentation
  • Put in place in the first 100 days such as board procedures, decisions and relationships
  • What to undertake annually for the Board, Directors and the CEO and planning for the unplanned

This webinar will provide insight into the requirements of these roles and is appropriate for aspiring or new chairs and may also be a timely refresher for directors currently holding the role.
