Alice Williams FAICD

Alice Williams has over 30 years senior management and Board level experience in the corporate and government sectors specialising in investment management, corporate advisory and equity fundraising.  She has extensive experience in technology and cybersecurity governance and transformational technology projects. 

Ms Williams is a non-executive directorship of Djerriwarrh Investments, Vocus, ProMedicus, Mercer Investments Australia  and Tobacco Free Portolios.  Ms Williams is an advisory committee member for technology start-up Concerto Analytics and a member of the Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health Novel Project Steering Committee.

Formerly, Ms Williams was a Member of the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB), Non-Executive Director of Equity Trustees Limited, Cooper Energy,   Defence Health, Australian Accounting Standards Board (AASB), Telstra Sale Company Limited and AirServices Australia.

Ms Williams has undertaken a number of advisory appointments with State & Federal Governments, including Chair of the 2004 Wheat Marketing Review Panel and Commissioner for the Victorian Competition and Efficiency Commission.

Ms Williams was formerly a Director of NM Rothschild and Sons (Australia) Limited, Director of Strategy and Planning for Ansett Australia Holdings Limited and a Vice President at JP Morgan Australia.  Ms Williams has also held management positions with Elders Finance Group, Hong Kong Bank of Australia Limited and Citibank NA in London.

Ms Williams has served on a number of philanthropic institutions including as a Council Member for the Cancer Council of Victoria and a member Felton Bequest Committee.
