Alice Williams FAICD

She is a non-executive Director on a range of government, public and private Boards. These include ASX listed ProMedicus, S&P 500 subsidiary of Marsh McLennan Mercer Investments Australia Ltd, the Australian Federal Government ASC Pty Ltd and Vice President of Swimming Australia. Her roles include chairing Audit & Risk Committees.

Prior appointments include as a member of the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB), Director of Victorian Funds Management Corporation, Port of Melbourne Corporation, Airservices Australia, Australian Accounting Standards Board and as trustee of the Telstra Sale Company.

She has been engaged by Federal and State Government organisations to undertake reviews of competition policy and regulation. Ms Williams chaired the Federal Government’s 2004 Wheat Marketing Review Panel. Alice was appointed by the Victorian Premier as a Commissioner of the Victorian Competition and Efficiency Commission to undertake public inquiries into matters referred by the Victorian Treasurer. Ms Williams has also been a consultant to the ACCC, International Air Services Commission and a range of domestic and international corporations.

Ms Williams was formerly a Director of NM Rothschild and Sons (Australia) Limited, Director of Strategy and Planning for Ansett Australia Holdings Limited and a Vice President at JP Morgan Australia.

Ms Williams holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (Virginia, USA). She is a Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow CPA. Ms Williams has recently completed Harvard and NYU cybersecurity post-graduate educational programs.
