Scott has over 20 years of experience as an executive Psychologist and HR Practitioner. Scott has a unique background that combines Organisational Psychology with his previous roles as a Consultant, HR business partner, and leader of large multi-disciplinary teams. His experience spans small, medium and large sized businesses within the private and public sector.  

Scott has specialist knowledge in: Attraction and Selection, Psychometric and Talent Assessment and Development, Workplace Wellbeing, Employee Experience and Executive Coaching. Scott uses his knowledge of research and best practice to deliver pragmatic and fit-for-purpose solutions. He is an engaging keynote speaker and facilitator, having presented at both local and global events such as The Academy of Management.
