Robin is an independent director with a portfolio of board appointments. She was previously with PricewaterhouseCoopers for over 28 years. As a partner Robin, specialised in the financial services sector and in audit, risk and assurance.
Robin’s director career started over 20 years ago but she has been a professional non-executive director for over 10 years.
Her listed company board roles are with Appen Limited (APX), Articore Limited (ATG) and IPH Limited (IPH). She was previously on the boards of AUB Group Limited (AUB), Marley Spoon SE (MMM) and CSG Limited (CSV). She chairs or chaired the audit and/or audit and risk committees for these companies and has been a member of the other committees.
In the Government sector, Robin is a past deputy chair of Audit and Assurance Standards Board and was also appointed as a member of the Australian Reinsurance Pool Corporation.
She has extensive not-for-profit appointments and currently serves on the boards of Guide Dogs NSW/ACT and the Sax Institute.
Robin is a member of the AICD reporting committee which provides input to the AICD on emerging reporting requirements and issues.
