Rebecca was appointed Chief of People and Culture in 2023 and oversees a comprehensive spectrum of people-focused programs and policies across the organisation. She is responsible for organisation-wide recruitment
and retention practices, designing leadership development initiatives, and the delivery of training programs.
Rebecca has qualifications in Human Resource Management and Organisational Change, and is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
She has over 15-years’ experience in the Public Sector, working in senior executive roles across Human Resources, Customer Service, Planning, and Infrastructure. She was honoured as a ‘Top 50 Women in Victorian Public Sector’ in 2020.
She is a champion of employee well-being through innovative initiatives and benefits. She is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their fullest potential and is committed to fostering a thriving workplace culture.
