Cheng is the head of the KWM cyber security incident response team.
Cheng led the incident response team advising Medibank and Latitude who suffered two of the largest and highest profile cyber security data breach incidents in 2022 and 2023. This has included advising them on incident response, data breach notification and data retention, managing interactions with regulators and on regulatory investigations.
