Ross Griffiths GAICD

Non-Executive Director, Chair of Risk Committee, NGM Group

Ross is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants ANZ.

He retired from his last executive role 9 years ago and has acted as a non-executive director for two ASX listed property trusts, an ASX listed mining company and was the Chair of a large private computer consumables company. Ross is currently a non-executive director and Chair of the Risk Committee for Newcastle Greater Mutual Group Ltd which operates two banks, Newcastle Permanent and Greater Bank and is the Chair of the Newcastle Permanent Charitable Foundation.
