HOAT now advises 60% of the ASX 20 companies on corporate governance issues and approximately 50% of ASX 100 companies. Priscilla performs a ‘trusted advisor’ role for the Corporate Secretariat/General Counsel teams and Boards of a number of the Firm’s significant ASX listed clients across the full range of industry groups. Priscilla is a member of the Law Council of Australia’s Business Law Section the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Governance Institute of Australia’s Legislative Review Committee.
