Megan Dixon is an experienced CEO and change manager. She currently serves Walgett Shire Council as their General Manager, a role that she has been in since July 2024.
Throughout her career, Megan has learned that managing stakeholder communications successfully can make or break an organisation or a project. Applying a coordinated approach to issues management can help an organisation effectively identify and anticipate potential issues, prevent crises from developing, and influence their evolution and outcomes. Megan will share stories (and lessons learned) from some of her experiences throughout her 30 year career.
