Martyn Chapman

Chief Product Officer, OnBoard

Martyn is OnBoard's Chief Product Officer, overseeing the development of the OnBoard platform. 

He started his career at the Chartered Governance Institute, working for more than a decade on governance policy, corporate social responsibility, board effectiveness, and the inner workings of governance operations. At the Governance Institute, he launched and led their governance product and later worked helped launch Nasdaq’s Center for Corporate Governance. Throughout his career he has worked as an advisor for board chairs and general counsels, working with 100+ boards to provide advice on board dynamics and effectiveness.
