Marcele co-founded the Centre for Leadership Advantage (CLA) in 2016.
Under her leadership, the organisation has grown rapidly and now comprises a team of organisational psychologists, leadership specialists, executive coaches and transformation practitioners who design evidence-based, research-supported solutions for global, ASX-listed, large private and public sector clients. Marcele is a research supervisor and examiner for the Master of Organisational Psychology program at Deakin University and has consulted with the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
