Mandy Gadsdon

Director, Think Culture

Mandy is a Yawuru woman from the West Kimberley, and Director of Think Culture, a business she started specialising in strategic policy and planning, organisational culture, equity and diversity support, training, mediation and coaching. 


Her ability to navigate complex policy and guide others to embed high-level conceptual frameworks into everyday practice is a well-honed strength, and one she enjoys sharing with others in an effort to achieve meaningful outcomes. She is an experienced Board member and works with agencies to better integrate cultural governance into boardroom discussions.

Mandy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and English and Comparative Literature, a Graduate Certificate in Management, a Graduate Diploma of Human Resources, and a Diploma of Business (Governance). She is also a Nationally Accredited Mediator and registered through the National Mediation Accreditation System (NMAS) and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Drawing on her extensive knowledge and experience, in particular working within the Aboriginal community as well as with both government agencies and non-government organisations, Mandy is skilled in facilitation and consultative practices and operating within culturally-diverse settings. She is also skilled in community engagement and building environments that are based on collaborative practice to achieve purposeful results.
