Dalveen is a consultant in the firms Charities and Social Sector Group based in Perth. Prior to becoming a consultant Dalveen was a corporate partner with the firm. Dalveen’s journey from corporate to the Charities and Social Sector began with her passion for and expertise in governance and a desire to assist organisations to have access to and achieve the benefits of good governance. She developed a governance framework that has been implemented in numerous corporate and community organisations.
In addition to governance related work Dalveen has experience in advising boards on a range of strategic legal matters, charitable funds administration, corporate social responsibility, structures for charitable status, conversion of legal structures from associations to companies limited by guarantee, applications for charitable status with ACNC review, update and replacement of Constitutions, risk management, mergers and acquisitions and assistance with transition of entities from Government to private enterprise.
Dalveen is proud to be a director of the Gilbert + Tobin Foundation and is an active supporter of a broad range of CSR initiatives within the firm.
