AICD submission to APESB Exposure Draft APES GN Management Representations

On 29 February 2016, the AICD lodged a submission with the Accounting Professional & Ethical Standards Board (APESB) in response to its exposure draft, Guidance Note: APES GN 41 Management Representations. 

The AICD questioned the APESB’s rationale for developing such a detailed and potentially onerous guidance note on management representations.
