The Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) has announced the 140 recipients of its governance scholarship for leaders of small not-for-profit organisations.
The 140 scholarship recipients, from right across Australia, will attend the AICD’s highly-regarded NFP Foundations of Directorship program.
This year a total of 734 applications were considered, which is almost a 50 per cent increase on last year.

Scholarships were offered to individuals associated with organisations with less than $2 million turnover.
Successful applicants are from a wide variety of sectors including sport, the arts, regional community groups and tourism as well as disability, veterans, homelessness, health and child care services.
