Guidance for your next stage of growth
No matter where you are in your directorship journey, having a mentor gives you a trusted space to explore your goals and test your thinking.

That’s why we’ve partnered with Kilfinan to deliver this exclusive mentoring opportunity.
Kilfinan’s expertise in developing mentorship programs and matching methodology guarantees each participant a carefully considered match, regular structured check-ins, and relationship support through their natural lifecycle.

Mentoring that goes further
Unlike self-service networking or ad hoc introductions, the Personalised Mentoring Program is built around your specific needs. Kilfinan explores what you need from the mentoring relationship, finds a mentor aligned with your goals and supports you both throughout the journey.
Kilfinan takes the time to understand your professional context, development goals and what you need from a mentor, then thoughtfully identifies someone whose experience and qualities align with where you want to go.
You’re connected with a senior mentor from the AICD’s respected director network, giving you the opportunity to draw on relevant leadership and governance experience through a confidential, one-to-one relationship.
Kilfinan’s role continues well beyond the initial introduction. It supports the relationship as it develops through regular check-ins, resources and guidance for both mentor and mentee, including help if the relationship is not progressing as expected.
