AICD Digital Tranformation - Important Information for Customers

The AICD digital transformation continues with enhancements to our core technology systems and processes rolling out this month. This significant investment in our infrastructure will support new and improved services for members, learners and clients into the future. 

While every effort is being made to minimise disruption, it is important to note that the AICD website, member portal and learner management systems will have some temporary reductions in availability and functionality between 6pm AEDT Thursday, 9 October until 5am AEDT Wednesday, 15 October.

During this time, it will not be possible to book or change education courses, events or webinars

The AICD is enhancing its core technology systems and investing in infrastructure that will improve services for members, learners and clients. Unfortunately, the process of transitioning to our new platform means that some services will be temporarily unavailable between 9 and 15 October.

Between 9 and 15 October, you will still be able to visit our website and view content but the member portal will be off-line so it won’t be possible to book education courses or register for events and webinars. Nor will we be able to process payments for member renewals.   

The Directorship Opportunities Advertiser Portal will still be available as per normal during that time.

You’ll receive your invoice after 20 October and will have 30 days to pay.

Yes. If you’re a Directorship Opportunities subscriber, you can view all the current board roles by going to https://do.aicd.com.au/  Simply log in with your usual Username and Password. A reset password function is also available on the site.   

From 15 October, we’re changing the name of our Director Professional Development (DPD) program to Continuous Professional Development (CPD) in line with many other professional bodies.  We look forward to sharing full details of the new program with you soon. 

Yes. All scheduled courses and events will run as planned (online and in-person). Attend your course location in-person or log into MyLearning here to access your virtual classroom.  

Our MyLearning portal is available via an alternate access point here. Simply log in with your usual Username and Password. A reset password function is also available on the site.  

Your due dates can be found in the Assessment Dashboard in MyLearning’s Assessment Hub. You can contact our Assessment team on 1300 739 119 or assessment@aicd.com.au  

For event registrations during the transition period, please contact the events team at nationalevents@aicd.com.au  

For event registrations on or after 15 October, please go to all events to complete your registration as usual.

While the team will not be able to process the transfer, they will be able to provide a view of alternative dates and log the transfer request so it can be processed post transition.

Yes, they are. Our Early Bird offer is still available, and you can reserve your place here. However, you won’t be able to book between 9 and 15 October.
