We are pleased to advise that the recent enhancements to our core technology systems, which temporarily impacted some of our digital services, have now been completed.
The AICD website and member portal, with access to the MyLearning learner management system, are now back online.
We are, however, experiencing a number of temporary issues with some customer transactions and member services that we are actively working to resolve. Many of these are related to the phased data migration process, which should be completed over the next few weeks.

As part of the regular maintenance of our technology systems, from time-to-time we need to take our website offline for short periods. We aim to do this in the late evening, outside of business hours, to minimise the impact on our customers.
Some members have reported that their profile in the members portal is missing some records including previous courses/events attended, some DPD points, and other personal information. This information is being migrated progressively during October 2025.
From 15 October, we have changed the name of our Director Professional Development (DPD) program to Continuous Professional Development (CPD) in line with many other professional bodies. We are also changing from a 60 DPD unit requirement over three years to a simpler 20 CPD points per year. You can find out more information here: Changes to Director Professional Development (DPD).
Some members may experience a delay in the uploading of CPD points and badge issuance due to a temporary integration issue between our new systems.
There has been a temporary delay in processing event attendance. Rest assured, we have a record of your event attendance, and this will reflect in your profile shortly.

Some Members are reporting issues accessing the Directorship Opportunities portal, which we are currently working to resolve. If this is impacting you, please email directorshipopportunities@aicd.com.au so that we can assist you.
Yes. With the introduction of our new payment platform, we can no longer accept membership renewal payments via BPay. Members can renew using other methods, including credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. BPay can still be used for other purchases including events and courses.
We are aware that some learners are experiencing this issue, which we are currently working to resolve. In the meantime, we have provided an additional link located at the top of the member dashboard for you to access MyLearning.
Due to a temporary system integration issue, there may be a delay in the release of assessment results. We are actively working to resolve this issue and thank you for your patience.

As we have recently rolled out a new Finance system, there is a temporary delay in some payments being processed and confirmations being sent. We will contact you if there is any issue with your course/event enrolment payment. The link to attend or view webinars is not currently available via the ‘My courses/webinars’ page of the member portal. You can use the link on the page to access a list of your current and recent registrations, and you can also access webinars from the unique link in the registration email sent from AICD Webinar (webinars@cahootlearning.com). If you have an upcoming webinar, you will receive an additional reminder and email link within 24 hours of the webinar start time.
