Launa Inman is a highly respected Non‑Executive Director with extensive board experience across ASX‑listed organisations, including Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Super Retail Group. She brings deep expertise in Audit, Risk and Remuneration Committees and recently retired from the Board of Australia Post.

Launa currently chairs Melbourne Fashion Festival and Fitted for Work and has recently served on the Board of the Alannah & Madeline Foundation.

Previously, she served as Chief Executive Officer of some of Australia’s most iconic retail brands, including Target Australia, Billabong International and Officeworks.

Her outstanding leadership has been recognised with prestigious honours, including Telstra Australian Businesswoman of the Year and the Sir Charles McGrath Award. Today, Launa is also a highly sought‑after executive coach, working with chief executive officers and senior leaders to build capability, confidence and impact.
