Tina Zawila GAICD

As a Chartered Accountant and Director of UHY Haines Norton CQ Pty Ltd, Tina is passionate about empowering people and organisations to achieve their goals, objectives, and financial success Tina has over 30 years’ experience in the finance industry as a Business Advisor, Tax Agent, Company Director and Financial Planner. Tina holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) with Distinction and Diploma of Financial Planning. She has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors course and is a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders.  

Tina holds non-Executive Director roles including the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service, where she is the Chair of the Finance and Performance committee and is also a member of the Executive Committee, the Gladstone Airport Corporation, where she is the Chair of the Corporation’s Finance and Audit Committee and a member of the Nominations, Remuneration and Human Resources Committee, and the Gladstone Area Water Board where she is the Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. Tina is also a member of the CQU Audit and Risk Committee.

An active member of the community, Tina also holds voluntary roles in not-for-profit organisations, including as the first female board member, Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary of Apprentices & Trainees Qld, and she is a Director of Clava Limited trading as the Yaralla Sports Club.  Tina is also the Chair of the Business, Industry and Tourism Skills Centre Advisory Committee which provides high school students with an opportunity to learn in a work environment.
