Said Jahani specialises in turnaround and corporate restructuring and can assist clients in tackling not only operational and imminent liquidity issues they may be facing but more importantly, the underlying strategic issues around their business.
As a Fellow of Insol, which plays a pivotal role in cross border corporate restructurings, Said has been involved in a number of complex cross border matters across a range of industries including financial services, manufacturing, property and construction.
