Rowena Westphalen is Senior Vice President, Solution Engineering, ANZ & ASEAN at Salesforce and is responsible for a diverse group of solution consultants, engineers, innovators, architects and technologists who advise customers on how to leverage Salesforce solutions to achieve their business outcomes and connect with their customers in new ways.
Rowena has been at Salesforce for 7 years and has served in a variety of roles including establishing the “Ignite” customer innovation practice for Asia Pacific.Â
Previously, Rowena served on the board of directors for the Australian Design Centre and served in a variety of leadership roles at SAP and Business Objects. She jokes those technologists think she’s a designer and designers think she’s a technologist which is a testament to her love of tech, her curiosity to continually learn and her obsession with how human beings thrive.Â
She lives in Sydney with her husband and two sons and their three chickens.
