Rebecca McGrath is an internationally experienced business leader and professional company director. She is currently Chairman of Investa Wholesale Funds Management Ltd and Investa Commercial Property Fund. She is a Non-Executive Director of Macquarie Group and Macquarie Bank Ltd and of ASX listed Djerriwarrh Investments Ltd.
Rebecca is also an Independent Director of Unisuper. In 2023 Rebecca retired as Chairman of ASX100 listed OZ Minerals Ltd following its acquisition by BHP Ltd. She is also a former director of the following listed companies: Goodman Group, Incitec Pivot Ltd and CSR Ltd.
Rebecca is involved in the not-for-profit sector. She is a Non-Executive Director of Melbourne Business School. She is a member of Chief Executive Women, a mentor with Kilfinan Australia, a member of the ASIC Director Consultative Panel and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Rebecca is a speaker, mentor and advisor in a range of industry and professional forums. Prior to her non-executive career, Rebecca spent 23 years as an executive with multi-national BP Plc. She held business line, corporate and functional leadership roles with BP in Australasia, Europe and the United Kingdom. Her last two positions were Executive Director & Vice President - Operations Australia & Pacific, and Chief Financial Officer - Australasia.
Rebecca holds the degrees of Bachelor of Town Planning (Hons.) & Master of Applied Science (Project Management). She has attended executive management programmes at Harvard Business School, Cambridge University and MIT in Boston.
In 2024 Rebecca was named as the AFR BOSS most influential director. In June 2025 Rebecca was made a Member of the Order of Australia General Division for Services to Business.
Rebecca is married with two adult sons and lives in Regional Victoria.
