Natasha (Tash) is a Canberra Partner supporting KPMG’s National Intelligence Community, Federal Government and Defence clients to transform their operating and business models. She is a transformation specialist with a proven history delivering difficult, complex, and high-profile initiatives. Tash is passionate about transformational change and realising lasting benefits and value.

Tash leads the Digital Business Transformation Investment stream within the KPMG Strategy. This considers the entire digital ecosystem with a focus on accelerating new business models, investing in future technologies to solve our client’s problems in innovative ways and digitising and transforming our own business.

Tash is KPMG’s global lead for Transformation (Consulting) with a focus on methods and tooling and the design and implementation of KPMG’s signature global Transformation Experience Program. This involves developing the large-scale transformation capability required by KPMG’s growth agenda, offering transformation career pathways to attract and retain great people, increasing KPMG’s employee value proposition, considering moments that matter and how to show up for transformation. It utilises KPMG’s enterprise and functional transformation propositions - Connected Enterprise and Powered Enterprise and the Trusted. imperative.

Tash holds an MBA (Change) from UNSW, MTax from USYD and BComm from ANU.
