Tim is a Partner in KPMG Australia’s Performance & Reward practice, with over 20 years’ experience in remuneration advice. He is an advisor to boards and management on executive reward strategy, remuneration structure, incentive plan design and governance.
Prior to joining KPMG, Tim led Mercer’s Executive Reward practice. Tim also has extensive corporate human resources experience, most recently at American Express where he led multinational teams to deliver executive and broad-based compensation and benefits programs.
In his work Tim has a particular focus on the review, design and implementation of remuneration frameworks that are aligned to the business and talent strategy. He works extensively with financial services companies to develop remuneration programs that are fit for purpose and comply with relevant regulatory settings.
Tim works with a range of clients in banking, insurance, technology, infrastructure and natural resources.
