Simon’s board experience includes roles as Deputy Chair of Open Minds and Amnesty International Australia. He has chaired committees responsible for governance, nominations, remuneration, safety and membership engagement.
He is currently the Chair of the Governance and Nominations Committee of SSI, a member of the ICGN’s Human Capital Policy Committee as well as an investor and director of several startups.
Simon has over 12 years’ experience as a board and governance advisor and is the Managing Director of Peakstone Global, a governance advisory firm operating across Australia and New Zealand.
He is a certified coach working with non-executive directors.
