specialising in leadership, governance, and organisational culture.
He advises boards and senior executives across sectors including construction, finance,
utilities, and health, helping organisations resolve conflict, strengthen performance, and aligning people, processes and strategy.
His work blends behavioral insight with governance and systems thinking to deliver practical solutions that enhance capability and cohesion. As a faculty member at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Rob contributes to advanced governance education, while his consulting practice, Change Focus Group, supports sustained organisational performance through tailored coaching, psychometrics, advanced statistics, and culture development.
Rob holds directorship roles in Schuhfried Australia, an international supplier of clinical assessment tools to the medical and neuroscience markets, Veedre, a psychometric testing firm servicing mining and transport industries, and Focal Community Services, an NDIS service provider.
