Rachel is a Director in KPMG Australia’s Performance & Reward practice. As both a consultant and practicing lawyer, Rachel works with ASX200 Boards and management teams on all aspects of their executive remuneration frameworks from design through to legal implementation and governance.
Rachel is particularly passionate about assisting clients on the design of fit-for-purpose executive remuneration frameworks which support their unique talent, cultural and strategic objectives, and to communicate arrangements effectively both internally and externally. Rachel is also known for her knowledge of domestic and international emerging remuneration trends.
Rachel works with a range of companies across banking, insurance, superannuation, technology, financial technology, health care and resources.
