Rachael Pandeli is a CEO, Certified Chair TM, aged care advisor and Registered Nurse with 32 years of expertise in the nursing industry.  

Rachael is currently an Approved Provider of Government funded Home Care Packages, and throughout her career, has developed a strong understanding of psychosocial hazards in the aged care and health industry.

Rachael is an experienced leader and has held various CEO and advisory roles within aged care. She understands the different needs of employees, contracted service providers, organisations, boards and the consumers they serve within the sector.
