Pat is a seasoned non executive director who has been a director and in some instances chair of some of Australia’s most successful technology businesses.
Currently chair of the boards of CarGroup; Siteminder and TechnologyOne, Pat has also served on the boards of other listed entities including Afterpay; APN Outdoor; iiNet; iSentia and Marley Spoon as well as private company boards including Calvary Health and Luxury Escapes.
A chartered accountant by profession Pat spent 30 years working across a number of different industries as an executive including senior roles at Goodman Fielder; Optus and Nine Entertainment.
He is also Chair and a major fundraiser for Dreams2Live4 a charity that grants dreams all over Australia to people with metastatic cancer and as a passionate sportsman is a coach with the Northern Tigers Women’s NSW National Premier League One team.
