Martin is also an experienced independent director, and has been invited by many of his clients to provide ongoing advice and direction in this capacity.
Martin is recognised for his “no-nonsense” approach, and ability to align organisations and their people with new perspectives and visions, and is an accomplished presenter and facilitator.
In addition to his practical commercial experience, Martin has a strong academic background, having completed degrees in Arts & Law (Monash University), and a Masters of Business Administration (Melbourne University).
