Kylee’s focus is lifting organisational performance through people, process, and technology. Her experience is broad and includes law, engineering, health, non-profit, agribusiness and government.
Kylee’s qualifications include a business degree, an MBA, and training in computer programming. She refers to herself as reluctantly falling into the world of tech and start-ups, where she found herself leading teams and being the translator between clients and technical teams. She then started dabbling with code to better understand the tech world. Kylee’s organisational improvement projects range from process improvements and tech implementations to culture renovations and strategic plan implementations.
