Katrina Rathie FAICD

Independent non-executive Chair, Bubs Australia.

A Fellow of the AICD and Member of Chief Executive Women, she is a respected Chinese-Australian business leader and distinguished lawyer with deep expertise in governance, infant formula, consumer brands, intellectual property, and international trade.


 In 2022, she was appointed to the SBS Board by the Governor-General. Ms Rathie has served on government, listed, for-purpose and community boards including the Starlight Children’s Foundation, NSWRU/Waratahs Rugby and leading educational institutions. In 2019, she was the overall winner in the AFR 100 Women of Influence Awards (Board & Management) for her contributions to law, gender and cultural diversity. She is NSW Patron of the Asian Australian Lawyers Association and holds a Commerce/Law degree from UNSW. She had a 35-year legal career at King & Wood Mallesons, including seven years as Partner in Charge, Sydney.
