Kaajal is also a member of KPMG’s Global Family Office and Private Clients leadership team and regularly contributes to thought leadership and best practice governance methods for KPMG globally.
Kaajal has more than 14 years of experience in working with multi-generational family enterprises on their strategies, governance frameworks, succession planning, transition of control and next generation preparedness. She also serves on many family Boards as an independent adviser and works with her clients to design and implement best practices across all aspects of governance, asset protection and transition of leadership and wealth.
