Liz is a seasoned board director, chair, and CEO with a strong commitment to risk, leadership and culture that transcends compliance. She champions governance as a catalyst for cultural transformation—helping organisations foster environments that enrich the lives of their people and those they serve, while driving enduring organisational value.
Currently, Liz chairs the Board of Uniting NSW.ACT, where she has contributed for over eight years. Her board portfolio spans diverse sectors including education, health, social services, governance, and sport—reflecting her broad expertise and deep civic engagement.
Liz chairs the Northern NSW Regional Forum of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and is a Fellow of both the AICD and the Governance Institute of Australia. Liz is also passionate about championing diversity and female leadership and to that end, is a volunteer with MentorWalks.
