Cameron is the Lead Partner for Modern Work at Deloitte Australia. He oversees a team of 600 experts who work to enhance productivity, promote workplace health, and manage complex industrial relations risk for the firm's largest clients.
Cameron is an expert in work redesign, workforce restructuring, and the utilisation of new and emerging technology to enhance business performance and workforce productivity. He has provided support to Fortune 500 companies and some of Australia's largest enterprises in both the public and private sectors.
Since joining Deloitte in 2012, Cameron has achieved several milestones, including establishing the Human Capital Practice focused on Defence and Federal Government, creating the Australian Workforce Transformation Operating Unit and developing Australia’s Modern Work client agenda. Before joining Deloitte, Cameron held various executive roles in Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia Pacific region.
