Michael is a partner in Ashurst's restructuring team which has been recognised as Australia's leading restructuring and insolvency practice for decades.
Michael is a member of the national and global boards of the Turnaround Management Association. He is the senior lecturer for Monash University's post-graduate insolvency law course and has been an international consultant to the Asian Development Bank on cross border workout and insolvency law reform.
