Ms Handicott is a former corporate lawyer with over 30 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate governance. She was a partner and served as National Chairman of national law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth.
Ms Handicott is currently the Chairman of listed company PWR Holdings Limited and a non-executive director of Downer EDI Limited.
Ms Handicott has previously served as a director of a number of government, private and not for profit entities and is a former member of the Takeovers Panel and a former Associate Member of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Senior Fellow of Finsia, and Member of Chief Executive Women.
Ms Handicott is a Divisional Councillor of the Queensland Division of the AICD and currently serves as State President.
