Pamela Macdonald first completed the CDC in 2003 and since has held a variety of Director roles across the NFP and community sectors, as well as serving 10 years on a Class A cemetery trust (including as Chair for 8 years), before her current Director roles on the Boards of the National Chinese Museum of Australia here in Bendigo and ACHPER Vic ( Australian Council for Health, Physical Education and Recreation).
She is highly regarded for her ability to facilitate effective discussions and brings strong critical thinking, strategic governance and commitment to the boards she is part of. Known as an effective executive coach and workshop facilitator working with businesses of all sizes including retail, community services, professional services, transport and financial services. Pam has a respected background in change management, strategic human resources management and leadership development and has run her successful boutique consulting practice in Bendigo since 2008.
