Naomi Kemp GAICD

Co-founder

As the CEO of fr&nk, Co-founder of fr&nk Capability Leaders, I'm dedicated to building capability and shaping health and safety for the new world of work.

With over 20 years experience delivering strategic advice to national/global companies, boards and business leaders, I specialise in optimising how organisations approach health, safety and leadership.

My work spans diverse industries - renewables, construction, government, higher education, not-for profit and healthcare. At fr&nk, I partner with executive teams and boards to enhance organisational capability, manage risk through leadership, and embed values into business strategy.

My thought leadership is deeply informed by my academic grounding in health and safety science, governance, and systems thinking. My work in restorative safety enforcement and psychosocial risk management has positioned me as a trusted advisor to regulators and as a sought-after keynote speaker.

As the immediate past Chair of the Australian Institute of Health & Safety and an Expert Member of Queensland’s WHS Board, I continue to influence national conversations on leadership, regulation, and wellbeing at work.

Through my role at fr&nk, I aim to champion a bold, human-centred approach to risk and capability - one that moves beyond compliance and empowers people to lead with purpose.
