Krystal Laurentsch is the CEO of Oseca Health (GP Down South Limited), a role she commenced in 2024. Krystal brings a wealth of experience to her leadership position, having previously served as the CEO of WA-based NFP providers Belong at Home, Global Care Group, and Capecare.
Throughout her 30-year healthcare career, Krystal has held executive roles across a range of NFP sectors including Aged Care, Primary Healthcare, and Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs).
In addition to her executive roles, Krystal is a committed advocate for social impact and governance. Since 2021, she has been a non-executive Director with the Patricia Giles Centre for Non-Violence, where she also chairs the Clinical Governance Committee. In 2024, she joined the Board of Harbour, Refuge and Support Services (South West Refuge Inc) as Vice Chair.
Krystal holds a Bachelor of Nursing, postgraduate qualifications in Health Services Management and Clinical Governance from Edith Cowan University (ECU), and a Master of Public Health from Charles Darwin University (CDU). She is currently pursuing a Master of Professional Accounting at CDU, further enhancing her diverse skill set and leadership capabilities.
