Judy is a non-executive director, aged care consultant and advisor. She was appointed to the Maryborough District Health Service Board in 2021 and elected Chair in 2024.
Current and previous Advisory Board and Committee appointments include serving with Aged Care Research & Industry Innovation Australia (ARIIA) Aged Care Collaborative, Ending Loneliness Together, the NSW Government Agency for Clinical Innovation, Registry of Senior Australians, Australian Association of Gerontology, Cabrini Research & Education Institute, and the International Federation of Emergency Medicine.
Judy has an internationally recognised reputation as an accomplished researcher spanning more than 15 years, known for driving innovation, shaping strategic agendas, and influencing policy for the health services required for an ageing population. She has also worked clinically for over 25 years in acute, post-acute and community health.
Judy has a doctorate from Monash University’s School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Master of Public Health and a degree in Speech Pathology.
