Jane has extensive experience in designing and leading transformation programs for organisations across a range of industries, including Financial Services, Insurance, Energy, Government, Higher Education and Automotive.
Her work has covered the spectrum of strategy, marketing, sales, customer experience, data and analytics, and operations - across business and technical domains. She is currently leading the transformation program for Maurice Blackburn Law Firm. Prior to this, Jane spent many years in global consultancies including Accenture, supporting mid to large organisations face into the challenges of major disruption and opportunities arising from innovation and new technologies. Her recent projects have included operating model redesign, platform business strategy, data strategy and new product development.
Jane's signature strength is creating bridges across complex mid to large scale businesses, connecting teams to an inspiring vision, narrative and a pragmatic execution plan for achieving customer and commercial outcomes. Jane is also a strong diversity and inclusion champion, recently awarded for her program of work to uplift women's confidence in the workplace.
